Booking
​​Book your place here on The Royal Society of Medicine website where you will also find information about ticket prices. If you register before 10th May you will get the discounted "early bird" rates.

The registration process is being managed by The Royal Society of Medicine. If you have any issues with your booking or payment you should contact them directly at events@rsm.ac.uk.

We expect the demand for spaces to exceed availability so please try to book as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.
​
If travelling from abroad, remember to check that your passport will still be valid for 6 months past the date of arrival.​

Visas
If you require a visa to travel to the UK then you can request a letter of invitation from us to support your application. You can check whether you need a visa on the UK government's website.

The information provided must exactly match the details on your passport otherwise your visa application may be rejected.
